This is a 750 square foot space includes 100-year-old beams, high ceilings, brick fireplace, plus marble steam shower and ball and claw tub. Heated floor in the master bath paired with beautiful Calcutta marble countertops. The owners wanted to see the outside pool and have access to the hot tub from their new bedroom. I implemented steps down from the bedroom creating easy access to the outside environment.
